Merseyside Sheds want you to purchase the correct shed for your needs and we are on hand to offer advise and guidance to solve any queries. How do I order and pay for my building?
You can order your new garden building directly from our website from the comfort of your own home. Its safe and simple, select your product and size, add any extras you require and once your order is received we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Payment terms will be discussed at point of ordering. When ordering online, we recommend you use the secure online PayPal system. We also accept cash or debit/credit cards as well as bank transfers

What do I need to do prior to delivery and installation?
Prior to the delivery and installation of your purchase taking place, we will need to be provided with a solid and level base to the same size (or larger) that you are ordering. Failure to provide this at the time of our visit, will result in the product being delivered only and should you require us to revisit to commence installation, a fee will be charged. Is installation included in your pricing?
Unless otherwise stated, all pricing for our garden buildings is inclusive of installation. We will need to be provided with a solid and level base to the same size (or larger) that you are ordering prior to arrival to ensure the installation process is not delayed. Depending upon the size building the installation process can take between 30minutes and 8 hours. Failure to provide either a solid and level base or if we are denied access for the duration of the installation process, and you require us to revisit to commence installation, a fee will be charged.

How much access is needed?
The majority of buildings will require a height clearance however this will depend upon size. As a general rule, buildings 8×6 or smaller will need a minimum of 6ft and anything 8×8 or over will require 8ft+ of height clearance. We can make modifications to many of our buildings to ensure we are not hindered by restrictions should there be any however if this is not highlighted to us at the time of ordering, when delivery takes place your building may be left for you to place on the base and a fee will be charged should you require us to revisit to install.

Is my building treated?
All of our garden sheds, summer houses and children’s play houses are dip treated with a water-based treatment in a colouring of red cedar and is inclusive of our pricing. The red cedar colour is the colour you will see in all pictures online and at our showroom that come with treatment as mentioned above. We recommend you treat your building annually once installed.
Log Cabins are untreated and we strongly recommend you treat your cabin as soon as practical once installed.
